Skye Dygan

Fffff.

A very quick painting of a Dygan, just so I could show you all an example of the species. This is Skye's Dygan form. She also has wings that she can summon at will, but I left them off this pic as I wanted to showcase her markings.

RIGHT. I will upload a ref sheet for the species at some point which will have more info about them, their history etc, as it is veeery long and involved.

Rough stats:

They are meant to be the original and most powerful predators, having existed waaay before humans.

Their height/weight varies, depending on what "type" they are, but most are around the size of a fully-grown, male grizzly bear.

There are 6 types, Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Ice and Shadow. There is also a fabled "Light" type that the Dygans believe are deities.

Skye and Rowan are Dygans. Their mother was an Air type and their father was a Shadow type. Offspring usually take their father's traits, as the genes are more dominant. Rowan was born Shadow. Skye, however, is the first hybrid Dygan to exist, having both Shadow and Air traits. She is the more powerful twin, and has to work harder to keep her Dygan instincts under control.

FUN FACT: They develop a bloodlust during the full moon, much like werewolves. They must feed on a fresh kill, for fear of going Feral.
